When gallery photos are deleted at the same time, why are Google photos also deleted?

Settings: Check your Google Photos settings to see if the "Back up & sync" feature is enabled. If it is, any deletions in your local gallery will affect your Google Photos library.
To avoid losing photos, you can either pause syncing before deleting or ensure that important photos are stored in a different location before making deletions.
When you delete gallery photos from your device, they may also be deleted from Google Photos if the two are synced. Here’s how it typically works:
Deleted Items: When you delete a photo from the Google Photos app, it usually goes to the Trash or Bin folder, where it stays for 30 days before being permanently deleted. However, if you delete a photo directly from your device’s gallery and it’s synced, it may be removed from Google Photos immediately.
Syncing: If you have Google Photos set to back up and sync your photos, any changes you make to the photos on your device (including deletions) will reflect in your Google Photos account. This is because the app is designed to keep your library consistent across devices.
